Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by webZorex. By requesting a quote or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide web design, web development, e-commerce websites and Meta Ads management. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are confirmed in a written quote or message before work begins.

Quotes and payments

• Quotes are fixed for the agreed scope. Additional work outside that scope is quoted separately.
• An advance payment may be required before work starts. Remaining payments follow the milestones in the quote.
• Ad spend for Meta Ads is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our management fee.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, images, feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Delays on your side can move delivery dates. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all materials you supply.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included is stated in your quote. Extra revisions or major changes after approval may be charged.

Ownership

Once full payment is received, you own the final website design and content created for you. Third-party tools, plugins, fonts and templates remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

We work to professional standards, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as sales, rankings or advertising returns, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Support and maintenance

Each project includes a support window after launch as stated in your quote. Ongoing maintenance is available under separate monthly plans.

Cancellation and refunds

If a project is cancelled, you pay for the work completed up to that point. Advance payments for work already started are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, webZorex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of our services or website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
